AstralWoW, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that this web site will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of this web site, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this web site.

• This web site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

User hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on this web site.

• We reserve the right to ban, delete, and modify your account without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to modify all the game content and website content without prior notice.

• We are in no way associated with Blizzard and run this server for non-profit purposes.

• You alone are responsible for your account. We take no responsibility for your loss of account or password.

You agree to abide by the following rules and regulations, failure to abide by them will result in appropriate punishment as deemed necessary by the AstralWoW staff. All these rules are subject to change with no prior notice. These rules apply to everyone equally. All decisions taken by the staff will be final.


Server Rules:
• Don't be a Jackass. Do not disrespect other players or the GM staff.
• Hacking, Botting, Use of any external emulators to gain advantage over other players or in general is strictly prohibited.
• Bug Abuse is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug, report it immediately.
• No whining about PvP. Turn off your PvP if you are getting killed repeatedly.
• No camping starter areas.
• Don't pretend to be a GM and don't use an account or character name similar to a GM. You will be renamed.
• Advertising for other private servers is not tolerated.
• Win trading in arena is not allowed.
• Cross-faction healing is not allowed in PvP situations.
• Dual logging in PvP situations, such as Battlegrounds, is not allowed.
• For multiboxing, please view this topic for rules and limitations.
• Trading accounts or characters in not allowed on any and all public channels, forums, TS, and IRC.

Chat Rules:
• No racist/sexist/nationalist/religious comments will be tolerated. Keep your biases to yourself.
• No spamming or use of symbols on public chat channels.
• Do not post macros on world chat.
• Do not use excessive CAPs.
• Do not post links to content not related to the game.
• No anal jokes / pornographic discussions or inappropriate content.
• Do not beg for a GM on public chat channels. If you need assistance make a ticket.
• Do not spam Guild ads on public chat channels. You are allowed to put up your Guild ad once every hour. The said ad should not exceed 4 lines. You are to wait 3 minutes after another guild has posted its ad. Stick to one channel to post ads.
• Do not spam public chat channels with looking for group invites. Do it in a courteous manner.
• No excessive swearing on public chat channels.

Forum Rules:
• Use the search function before making new posts.
• Advertising for other servers will result in a ban.
• Links to objectionable and inappropriate content will result in a ban.
• Respect other members of the forums and staff at all times. Don’t be a Jackass.
• When making report abuse posts, provide proof with screenshots or videos. Any reports where sufficient proof is not provided will be ignored.

Donation and the Mall rules:
• We will not entertain any requests for loss of items or mistakes during making purchases.
• Any and all items purchased maybe withdrawn from you without prior notice if we feel you’ve violated our rules.
• We will not refund under any circumstances. You have the option of verifying your purchases before you finalize them.
• The prices of items on the mall may be changed without prior notice.
• Items may be removed or added to the mall without prior notice.
• When you opt for a race or faction change, you may lose your reputations and/or gear. We hold no responsibility for that. There will be no compensation for this either.
